Free shipping to the US and Spain

Every order shipping to the United States or Spain ships free with tracking, no minimum.

Other destinations

We also ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom and other countries. Shipping costs for those destinations are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders ship directly from our warehouses and international suppliers. Estimated delivery is 20–25 days from order confirmation. During peak seasons or carrier delays it may take a few extra days.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email when your order ships. More info on Order tracking.

Orders with several items

If your order includes several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

Customs and taxes

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs procedures and local taxes, payable by the recipient.

Wrong address or unclaimed package

Please double-check your address before placing your order. If a package is returned because of a wrong address or because it wasn't collected, reshipping costs are paid by the customer.
